THE THIRD ORDER
[Secular Augustinians]

The Third Order [Secular Augustinians] are part of the national network of "Friends of Augustine" and aim to bring together and support people of all ages who draw on the charism of St. Augustine. It includes Friars and Religious but is to be led by the concerns of lay people.

We generally meet on the first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm, in the Priory, for Evening Prayer and a short talk. Further information can be found by contacting Mrs. H. J. Lander, via the parish office and by looking at the Austin Friars website at http://www.austinfriars.cumbria.sch.uk/foa.
