You will need.........

1 pack of Jelly: Lemon, Orange or Pineapple is ideal.

Any 5 little 220g pots of fruit. Choose between Fruit Cocktail, Peaches, Pineapple,

or mixed Pears, Peaches and Pineapple. (Del Monte or SPC are ideal.)

5 little tumblers or wine glasses.

Single, Double or Whipped Cream to finish.

"Hundreds and Thousands" to sprinkle on top!!

Method:

Put the Jelly in a heat-proof measuring jug or basin and just cover the Jelly cubes with boiling hot water.
Stir from time to time to help dissolve all the cubes.

In the meantime strain all the fruit in a sieve over a large basin
and keep all the juice for later.
Add this remaining juice to top up the dissolved jelly to almost one pint.
(Drink any fruit juice left over!!!!)

Mix the strained fruit and divide equally into the 5 glasses.
Share all the Jelly and fruit juice solution out into the five glasses,
making sure that all the fruit is covered; there may be more jelly than fruit! With a teaspoon carefully mix each glass to ensure that any juice
around the fruit is mixed with the jelly.
Leave in a cold place to set, or put in the fridge.

Just before serving chilled, top off with Single, Double or Whipped Cream
and finish with decorative and colourfull "Hundreds and Thousands".

Children and adults alike will really love this refreshing sweet!

a creative idea to encourage children to eat more fruit.
It is also a very refreshing after-dinner sweet for anybody!!

Follow the instructions carefully for a refreshing sweet for five people!
