"Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh (A Letter from Camp)" is the Grammy-winning novelty song based on Kvetch letters Allan Sherman received from his son attending Camp Champlain, New York. The song is a parody that complains about Camp Granada and is set to the tune of Ponchielli's classical piece - "Dance of the Hours".This tune was also the setting the previous year (1962) for Maureen Evans's hit "Like I Do" which reached number 3 in the UK top ten charts.
