Daylight Saving Time [+1] is in effect in Canada [except Saskatchewan and North East British Columbia] from the first Sunday in April to the last Saturday in October.
Daylight Saving Time [+1] is in effect in USA from the first Sunday in April to the last Sunday in October, though some States have regional variations.
PLEASE NOTE CHANGES IN USA DST FROM 2007.....

Be sure to change your clocks, +1hour, at 2:00 am. on Sunday, March 11.
DST finishes at 2:00am. on November 11th.
Arizona, parts of Indiana and others, who did not have DST,
are now required to spring ahead and fall back like everyone else.
Summer Time [GMT +1] is in effect in the UK (and all of Europe except Iceland) from 0100 GMT on the last SUNDAY in March (until 0200 GMT on the last Sunday in October).
Other European Union members are always UK+1hr because mainland Europe is in a different time zone to the UK.
There are SIX EU countries that are not UK +1hr:
Portugal and Rep. of Ireland are the same as UK.
Greece, Finland, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are UK +2hrs.
Daylight Saving Time in Australia is from October to March.
