THIS IS ALL ABOUT ME!!!
If you really want to know......
Are you sure?
Do you really want to?
OK then, here goes........
There is another photo of me taken when the "Daily Express",

featured my WEB SITE on 9th. January 1999.

And what did I look like all those years ago at junior school?
I raided my mums' photo boxes to find these old black and white photos!!

I live in a very green and leafy suburb, south west of Birmingham which is in the County of the West Midlands in the middle of England, U.K.,
and I am a secondary school teacher of Design & Technology.
I don't have a family, I'm single and divorced, but I do have three beautiful cats, Tasha, Symba and Boots. Tasha is very affectionate and takes any amount of fuss though she is very independant and often stays out all night, except when it is freezing in the winter. Symba tends to be rather nervous and after a lot of coaxing likes a bit of fuss too. Boots is Tasha's son and he is a big, black fluffy cat with a bushy tail. Boots follows me everywhere and likes a bit of fuss too! Click HERE to see my cats on their own pages!!

WHAT DO I DO IN MY SPARE TIME?
Well, I do like my garden, and it's great to sit out on the patio, by the fish pond, and have my lunch, weather permitting, during the holidays and weekends. I love to see plenty of colour in the garden and I grow all my own plants; and a few veggies like radishes and runner beans. I have recently experimented with growing peanuts and chillis and I hope to get an Allotment soon. School work takes up some time at home but I also play [self-taught] the guitar! Recently I bought an electric guitar so I'm busy getting used to all the different sounds!! I'm a good cook too, so I've been told!! I have to do all my own housework chores and DIY.
When I have the time I research our Family Tree. I mess around with computers, of course, and I frequently update this web site and keep the whole site reasonably updated with new and interesting links. My latest addition is the Movies, Novelties, Games and Jokes index which I hope you will find entertaining!!
My musical tastes are varied, I like everything from '60's/70's pop to some of today's bands, girl groups and some of today's top ten singles. I also have a collection of some classical music and opera in my iTunes catalogue. I often go to see a band called "QUILL" who have been around Birmingham and the West Midlands for quite a few years now. I also originally designed and produced their first internet site but they now have control over their own site, so don't forget to have a look at it and see if they are playing a gig near you!! You might even see me there too!! So where do I find the time for anything else? I often wonder!!
I also design and make small pocket sized cards with verses, poems, sayings, prayers and quotes on them. They are plastic laminated both sides and I sell them to friends and other customers. I have an internet site devoted to them called "Inspirational Thoughts" which you might like to take a look at. I also design and make Memorial Cards to customers requirements.
More recently I have set up a new web site "www.assemblystories.co.uk" featuring "Something To Think About", so I am continually updating my ShockWave Flash presentations, stories, verses and proverbs. It's almost a full-time job!! You can access it from HERE , if you want to take a look at it.
At the Latin American Festival
Birmingham City centre.
I surprised a lot of people recently by joining a Brazilian Samba-Reggae drumming group which meets every Monday at a pub in Kings Heath. We have done some some gigs in Northfield, Wallsall, and the "Viva Brazil" evenings at the Hare and Hounds pub in Kings Heath. We also performed at the Latin American Festival in Birmingham City Centre. If you like those kind of rhythms then do take a look at these web sites....

The rhythms are really infectious!!!!August / September 2008: I have spent hours and weeks setting up a NEW front page index that is graphically interactive after finding a copy of "iWeb" on my new computer. And then I realised that many of the pages behind it needed improving and updating too!! So I do hope that you like the new set-up!!! I also added many more of my favourite recipes to the recipe page.
There's a lot more that I could say but I think that's enough for the time being!!! You'll find out a lot more through browsing my site!!
